呵呵~食誘您的胃
材料:巴西牛肋骨一包、洋蔥一個、甘旬半個、豆腐卜、馬鈴薯 一個
調味:咖哩醬 2湯匙、鹽少許、日式咖哩磚 2格 、 水
做法:
[list=1][*]先把牛肋骨出水。[*]再把洋蔥炒香。[*]把甘旬、馬鈴薯、豆腐卜及牛肋骨落一起快炒。[*]加入咖哩醬撈混。[*]再加水一大杯,後用中火燜約半小時。[*]最後再把咖哩磚加入, 以增加咖哩汁濃味。[/list]
